1. Shipping couriers will either be Lalamove, Grab, or J&T Express. 快递公司将是Lalamove，Grab 或 J＆T Express。
2. All items are thoroughly checked before shipment. Once the package has been handed over to the courier, it is no longer under the care or fault of Bai Jia Tang Drug Store. 所有物品在装运前都经过彻底检查。一旦将包裹移交给快递员，它就不再受百家堂药房的照顾或过错了。
3. Bai Jia Tang Drug Store is not liable for delays, loss, or damages from shipment caused by the courier. It is your responsibility to provide complete, true and accurate information upon placement of order. 百家堂药房对快递造成的延误，损失或损坏不承担任何责任。您有责任在下订单时提供完整，真实和准确的信息。
4. Only fill out the order form if you are 100% sure about placing an order. Strictly no cancellations once the order form has been submitted. 仅在您100％确定下订单时填写订单。提交订单后，基本上不会取消任何订单。
5. The deadline of payment must be strictly complied with at all times. 必须始终严格遵守付款期限。
6. Non-completion of payment, no shipment. 付款未完成，不发货。
